Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Delivar, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

The services

Delivar provides hyperlocal delivery, courier, and bus & train parcel services, along with APIs and dashboards that connect businesses with delivery riders and 3PL partners.

Accounts & accuracy

You are responsible for providing accurate pickup, drop and contact details, and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be authorised to send the items you book.

Pricing & payments

Charges are shown before you confirm a delivery and may vary by distance, weight, service type and demand. Payments, including COD remittance, are settled as per your agreed plan.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purposes
• Do not ship prohibited or restricted items (see our Product Restriction Policy)
• Do not misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems

Liability

Delivar acts as a technology and logistics aggregator. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited as described in our Parcel Missing / Damage Policy and the agreed service terms.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or suspend access for breach. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
