This policy covers Delivar's official social media presence and interactions with our community on those platforms.

Official channels

Only accounts linked from delivar.in or alabtechnology.com are official. Beware of impersonation; we never ask for full payment details or OTPs over social media.

Community guidelines

  • Be respectful — no abusive, hateful or discriminatory content
  • No spam, scams or unauthorised promotions
  • Do not share others' personal or order information publicly

Support response

We aim to respond to social messages during business hours (Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM IST). For order-specific help, please use WhatsApp or email so we can verify your details securely.

Moderation

We may hide or remove content that breaches these guidelines and block repeat offenders.
